Beginning her career in 1992, Gina Potter has served in multiple culturally vibrant school districts, including Oakland, Santa Monica–Malibu, Chula Vista, and San Ysidro, bringing deep experience across instructional, operational, and governance systems in public education.
Throughout her career, Dr. Potter has held a wide range of roles, including Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, Principal, Teacher, and Classified Academic Mentor.
